Devices to regulate combustion usable in engines which are usable in rockets, missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles capable of achieving a “range” equal to or greater than 300 km, controlled by 9A011 or 9A111. (These items are “subject to the ITAR.” See 22 CFR parts 120 through 130.)
